Hello! I’m Connie Shillington, and I am so excited to be joining the St. Thomas More Catholic School team! Originally from Peterborough, ON. My family and I have made the Peace Region our home, specifically Grande Prairie, for most of our lives. I have had the privilege of teaching various grades, including Kindergarten through grade 6, as well as grade ¾ Montessori. When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am fortunate to have a wonderful husband and 1 charming son. My personal interests include traveling, reading, sewing, and running.
One of my core passions lies in creating an engaging classroom community that fosters hands-on learning experiences using interactive materials.
